1.1.1 At the time you register to receive the Visagem newsletter, we only collect your e-mail address for propose of direct contact for our newsletter only.
1.1.2 A Visagem employee collects your personal information for a full registration as a Visagem client. Hereby the following information is collected:
Name, address, company name, telephone numbers, email address.
1.1.3 Information that is collected automatically by the system:
Your browser version and type, operating system, the site you came from, IP-address, your provider and geographic location.
1.2 IS SUBMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OPTIONAL?
Users are not required to submit personal information to use the site. However, there are portions of the site limited to members only. Only members may enter the registered members portion of the site and use the Site's services. Submission of personal information is required to become a member.
1.3 WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Visagem collects and securely stores the information gathered from registered members in there member profile.
1.4 HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED?
-We use personal information to customize the site.
-We also use personal information to contact you in response to specific inquiries you have made to us, or to provide you with specific information and services you have requested or agreed to be notified about.
-To establish statistics on the number of visits in the various sections of our website.
-To do the technical administration of our website.
1.5 WITH WHO IS THE INFORMATION SHARED?
Visagem offers the opportunity to "opt out" from being contacted directly or indirectly by agencies acting on our behalf. Your email and full name will never be shown to anyone. People will only see your personal Visagem customer id or nickname.
1.6 DIRECT MARKETING AND COMMUNICATING TO THIRD PARTY’S
We consider your personal data as confidential information that we never communicate to third parties.
1.7 HOW CAN USERS CORRECT ANY INACCURACIES IN THERE INFORMATION?
Users and members may contact us to update personal information about them or correct any inaccuracies by going to the contact us page.
1.8 CAN A USER DELETE OR DEACTIVATE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE SITE?
Yes, our members are able to edit or remove their user data by going to the My Account-link in the menu.
An individual who requests to have his personal data removed will not sell, transfer, or be able to go to certain member restricted parts of the website.
1.9 THE USE OF COOKIES
The only cookie used on the Visagem website is the remember me function in the login box. No passwords are stored here, just the user name.
1.10 HOW DOES THE SITE KEEP PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?
Visagem is committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide us. Our employees are made aware of our security policy and practices. The personal information of our users and members is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to that information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information is protected by encryption protocols, in place to protect information sent over the Internet.
1.11 DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO COMPLY WITH LAW.
We will disclose personal information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena, or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our users and members.
1.12 CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
Visagem will let our users and members know about changes to our privacy practices and policies by posting all changes on the site.
All information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the previous privacy policy. However if changing our policy in matter that might cause disclosure of your personal information, which you previously asked not to be disclosed we will contact you to notify you of the change and allow you to prevent such disclosure.

3.1. VISAGEM TRADEMARKS MAY ONLY BE USED WITH EXPRESS PERMISSION.
Visagem trademarks may only be used with the express prior written consent of Visagem. You may not use Visagem's trademarks or any confusingly similar mark as a trademark for your product, or use any Visagem trademark in any other manner that might cause confusion in the marketplace or that implies an affiliation with or sponsorship by Visagem.
3.2. PROPER FORM AND ATTRIBUTION.
Visagem's trademarks must be used in their proper form – neither abbreviated or combined with any other word or words. The first or most prominent mention of a Visagem trademark must be accompanied by a symbol indicating whether the mark is a registered trademark (“®”) or an unregistered trademark (“TM”). In addition, the following notice must appear somewhere nearby (at least on the same page) the first use of a Visagem trademark: “[TRADEMARK] is a [“registered”, if applicable] trademark of Visagem, Inc.” Visagem is a register trademark.
3.3. DOMAIN NAMES.
If you want to include all or part of a Visagem trademark in a domain name, you have to receive written permission from Visagem. Almost any use of a Visagem trademark in a domain name is likely to confuse consumers.
3.4. LINKING.
So long as you don't do anything that might confuse visitors to your website, or that might violate these Guidelines, Visagem invites you to link to the Visagem website.
3.5. SERVICES RELATED TO VISAGEM.
If you offer services related to the Visagem website or any other Visagem software, you may use Visagem's trademarks in describing and advertising your services, so long as you don't violate these Guidelines for the use of Visagem's trademarks or do anything that might mislead customers into thinking that Visagem has any direct relationship with your organization.
3.6. CONDITIONAL USE LOGOS FOR VISAGEM SUPPORTERS.
Elmyr Services has developed a family of “Conditional Use” logos that include trademark guidelines for those who wish to show their support for Visagem, Elmyr Services and/or Pixelstudio by displaying such logos on a website or on personal merchandise (the “Conditional Use” logos). The Conditional Use logo may be used without specific written permission from Elmyr Services under the following conditions:
A. The use must not be detrimental, i.e., harmful or damaging, to the value of any of Elmyr Services' trademarks, their brand integrities, reputation or goodwill, as determined by Elmyr Services in its sole discretion.
B. Where used on a website, the Conditional Use Logos must be a “clickable” link that leads to either of the following websites depending on their logo's www.visagem.be, www.elmyrservices.com, www.pixelstudio.eu.com .
C. You may not modify the design, add or delete any words, or change any colors of any of the Conditional Use Logos.
D. You can't put the Conditional Use Logos on anything that you produce commercially without Elmyr Services' prior written permission.
E. The use of any Conditional Use Logo under this Section 3.5. must also comply with the applicable provisions of these guidelines.
F. Elmyr Services reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time in its sole discretion. Upon revocation of this authorization by Elmyr Services, you shall immediately cease using any and all Elmyr Services' “Conditional Use” logos. If you do not immediately cease using all Elmyr Services' “Conditional Use” logos upon revocation by Elmyr Services, Elmyr Services may take whatever action it deems necessary to protect its rights and interests.
